JM Window Treatments & Design Warranty

This warranty is an extension of the exceptional lifetime guarantee provided by Hunter Douglas. Hunter Douglas will repair or replace any window treatment that exhibits normal wear and tear. However, they will not cover shipping expenses, the cost of removal and reinstallation, or any damage incurred after the first year.

The Limited Warranty, valid for an additional ten years as long as Hunter Douglas covers the product, encompasses the following services per order:

⁃ Take-down

⁃ Shipping

⁃ Reinstallation

This warranty does not extend to:

⁃ Abuse

⁃ Accidents

⁃ Misuse

⁃ Alterations

⁃ Sun damage

⁃ Water damage

⁃ Failure to adhere to cleaning and maintenance instructions
